  • Advice and assisting the client in preparation of project budget

  • Preparation of cost estimates at various stages of Design

  • Tender Document Preparation, Floating, evaluation

  • Prepare take-off and payment during construction

  • Preparation of cost report throughout the construction phase

  • Evaluation and give recommendations on all variations and claim

  • Undertake all projects closing out services in terms of project payments, variations, claims etc.

Our major Construction management services include:

Contract Administration
Administration of the project contract including but not limited to:


  • Review and Manage implementation of the project master schedule and subsequent quarterly schedule including revisions.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly progress reports and final project reports.

  • Administer project claims.

  • Conducting provisional and final acceptance including checking of the construction work at substantial completion and at the end of maintenance period.



Resident and Author Supervision Services


  • Supervision of construction to ensure that the works are executed in a strict conformity with the contract document and drawings.

  • Inspection and supervision of the construction works to ensure the quality of materials meet the Contract Specifications which include but not limited to material samples, delivered materials, tests and test results, workmanship, equipment and machinery, site organization and any other matters required for the faithful performance of the construction contract.

  • Receive all submittals for technical approval from the Contractor and approved by the Consultant team, and follow up and/or give response.

  • Verify and approve original & three copies of as built drawings to be submitted by the contractor and submit to the client after provisional acceptance.

  • Ascertain that, all record drawings, documents, manuals and the history of execution are compiled and enter the hands of the Client.
